Short Update: Still Waiting for Customs Clearance

Dear Euro Backers,
Games are still apparently stuck in customs for Europe. We understand how frustrating this must be, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience. There is still a delay in shipping Draconis to our European customers due to customs issues with our logistics partner in China sending games to the German warehouse.
Please know that we are working tirelessly to resolve this issue, and we are committed to finding a solution, no matter what. For now, the China contact is still telling us they wait for clearance. I have had our factory in China call them to assure it is not a scam. For now, it still seems okay, even though this delay is insane and nothing like I've ever experienced in clearance.
We deeply appreciate your patience and continued support during this time, and we will keep you updated on our progress.

Glory Around the World + Super Typhoon in China Affects Europe

GAMES DELIVERED AND BEING PLAYED
The games are arriving all around the world. We are still a small publisher and we are excited to see people playing our games. Please continue to support our game, even through all the hiccups of being a tiny team. We are happy that hundreds of backers are getting their DRACONIS INVASION games and enjoying the battle for GLORY.
Last month I was able to play the newest expansion with friends in Asia. It is such a joy to see the final product on the table. Thanks for helping me see this dream become a reality. I am very grateful for your grace and kindness.
A Note for European Backers
Your Europe games are still enroute and still delayed. The shipping company has been very troublesome for the past 2 months. They have not been replying to our requests, raising their fees and quotes, and are consistently hard to work with. I Googled their name and found out that they have a reputation of being bad to work with. Unfortunately we need to keep working with them and hope they can get the games to our German partner.
There was a typhoon recently and we received this message this week from them:
"Customs inspection has been released, due to the Capricorn typhoon, the ship will be delayed until September 7. We apologize for the inconvenience."
It is our prediction that the games will reach Germany in late September and then quickly be handled by our dependable German partner.

We wanted to give you an update on the shipping status of your rewards. Worldwide shipping and tracking information has been sent out for many of you, and we’re thrilled to hear that some customers have already started receiving their games.
For those in Europe, your items are en route, but we don’t have tracking information available just yet. We are currently waiting for the shipment to arrive in Germany, where the German warehouse will handle the final distribution and provide tracking details.

New Shipping Updates: The games have left the warehouse via sea and air (aka Send From China) and tracking info should be sent to you all by now. EU games are taking a different path through a trusted shipping partner in Germany and will take a couple weeks before tracking is sent.

We thank you for your patience. I am pleased to share that we have partnered with the reputable Kickstarter shipping solution, Send From China (SFC), to handle the logistics of the project fulfillment. The games are being received at their warehouse soon and then they will start fulfillment worldwide.
Here are the estimated shipping times:
Australia: 35-40 days Canada: 40-45 days European Continent: 40-45 days USA: 35-40 days Other locations: 20-25 days
I understand that waiting for this delivery has been difficult, but I am thankful for your encouragement, support, and patience.
